Ontario’s OSPCA organization informed its frontline police officers that it is will no longer Euthanize Dogs connected to attacks as called for by legislation.

In an inner memorandum acquired by Middle East Headlines News, the Ontario Society with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals states investigators as well as agents ought to hand off to law enforcement all of the incidents in which courtrooms have already ordered the destruction regarding dogs, consisting of pit bulls, that are literally prohibited within the province.

The documentation originated on Oct. 9th, 2018, states that euthanizing dogs will violate the agency’s mission, that is to offer “province-wide leadership on matters relating to the prevention of cruelty to animals and the promotion of animal welfare.”

“Where legislation conflicts with the mission of the charity, the Ontario SPCA declines to enforce such legislation,” the order said.
